Here's a field recording of an American Crow. I believe it is an alert call because there were many hawks flying overhead that day. This was recorded at Lake Hope in Ohio.

Love it! Crows are my favorite birds, their caws are the most amazingly shaped envelopes for organic shots. I like listening to them talk to each other and watch them strut :)
