Happy Holidays, everyone!
Words finally came to me... I've been a bit devoid of them as of late. But thank you to Unreal_DM and a conversation with my love, here they are. Also a shout-out to mwic for getting me singing... we have a collab in the works with his fantastic lyrics.
You might notice that I've become rather soft... I guess that's what time does. I remember being a younger person and hearing it happen to my favorite musicians and thinking that I'll never let that happen to me. Of course, I was wrong. And I kinda love that.

Excellent! And I agree. We seem to be on the same wavelength here. I had written and recorded an apocalyptic holiday downer but resisted uploading it and instead did a pretty straight up version of Jingle Bells (as did you I was pleasantly surprised to see). And I doubt I'll do my traditional (well, habitual) year end wrap-up song. Too depressing and what's the point.
